EMC requirements in Australia are regulated by a self-regulation scheme known as The EMC Framework (Radiocommunications Act 1992). All electronic products that fall within the scope of the Framework must comply with Australian standards and gain approval from the Australian Communications Authority for using the C-Tick Mark.
